About the race
2025 Run Port Douglas is an exciting new addition to the Australian running calendar, held in Port Douglas, Tropical North Queensland, Australia, and integrated into the Port Douglas Gran Fondo Festival. On Saturday 13 September 2025, runners can tackle 2km, 5km, 10km or a half marathon amid the tropical paradise. The festival positions Port Douglas as a destination with a weekend of running and cycling; Sunday features the Gran Fondo cycling events, whose finish lines occur on Four Mile Beach after the runners finish.
