Port Aransas Turkey Trot : Race overview
The Port Aransas Turkey Trot is a community running event held at Cinnamon Shores, 5 O'Clock Way, Port Aransas, TX 78373. Multiple distances are offered and the event takes place outdoors and proceeds support Trinity by the Sea Episcopal Day School, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and the only day school in Port Aransas.

The 10K follows the 5K course for its opening section, then continues onto the beach and through Cinnamon Shores; it is not a second lap of the 5K. Race day includes on-site registration with an increased fee for day-of registration. The first 400 registrants receive a swag bag and race shirt; 5K, 10K and 2K participants receive a T-shirt and finisher medal. Tot Trot entries for ages up to five are free. Tot Trot and 1K shirts are not included but may be purchased for a fee during registration subject to availability.
Event-day activities include food trucks, inflatables for children, music, lawn games and a vendor village. Awards for the 5K and 10K include overall male and female and top three male and female in standard age groups. Finisher medals will be distributed at the end of the run on November 25, 2026.
