2026 Pontypool 10k Home Run

The Pontypool 10k Home Run takes place on 15 February 2026 in Pontypool Park, Newport (NP4 8AY). The race follows an out-and-back route from Pontypool to Mamhillad and returns along the Monmouthshire to Brecon canal towpath. The distance is 10 km.

Course and services

The course is measured and certified. Chip timing will be used for results. All finishers receive a memento. The event is kindly sponsored by Mamhilad Park Estate.

Charity and fundraising

The event raises money to support Hospice Care in our Community. Fundraising pages can be set up on Just Giving to collect sponsorship for the hospice.

Entries and fees

There are specific entry periods with set prices: a Black Friday entry fee of £17, available 23 November 2025 to 30 November 2025; and a standard entry fee of £22, available 28 July 2025 to 1 February 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
