Pomona Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon : Manvel, Texas
The Pomona Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon is scheduled for June 14, 2026, at the lake in front of the Pomona Subdivision in Manvel, Texas. This is the fourth annual running of the event and the finish area is at the Grove, 4214 Croix Parkway.
The standard course uses a lake swim followed by a one-loop 12.5 mile bike and a 3 mile run through the Pomona neighborhood. Duathlon athletes replace the swim with a 0.5 mile run. An aquabike option covers the swim and the 12.5 mile bike. Relay teams are offered for split-team participation on the same swim-bike-run distances.
A parking map for the event is distributed via the athlete email. Registration fees in the event listings show values ranging from $36.50 to $75.00. The organizer moved the event from July to June citing high July temperatures in prior years. The bike course is described as a single loop and the run finishes at the Grove on Croix Parkway.
