Event overview
The Pomona Sprint Triathlon is scheduled for June 14, 2026, at the lake in front of the Pomona Subdivision in Manvel, Texas. The event is the fourth annual edition and finishes at the Grove at 4214 Croix Parkway, Manvel, TX 77578. Multiple race categories are offered, including standard sprint events, age and weight divisions, and relay options.

- 500 m lake swim / 12.5 mi bike / 3 mi run
- 0.5 mi run / 12.5 mi bike / 3 mi run
- 500 m lake swim / 12.5 mi bike
The bike course is a single loop. The run goes through the Pomona neighborhood and ends at the Grove on Croix Parkway. The event is chip timed with splits and transition times; chips are distributed at packet pick up and must be returned. Packet pick up times and parking details are to be announced.
This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event; each athlete must hold a USA Triathlon membership or purchase a one-day or annual membership. Race pricing listed for standard individual events is $75 and for relay entries is $36.50. Awards include medals for overall top male and female, top masters, top three in age groups and relay teams, and medals for Clydesdale and Athena categories. All athletes receive a shirt and a finisher medal. The event is rain or shine; if rescheduled entrants will be moved to the new date and no refunds are given for cancellations.
