Polruan Shuffle

The Polruan Shuffle is the first stage of the Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge, taking place on March 1, 2025. This scenic 12.5-mile run follows the beautiful south coast path from Looe to Polruan, featuring a feed station at Talland Bay and a five-hour cut-off time. Participants can expect a challenging course with hills and steps.

The event is fully supported, with live GPS tracking and manned checkpoints providing sustenance along the route. Runners will receive medals for each completed stage, and awards will be given to the top finishers in both male and female categories.
