Polruan Shuffle

The Polruan Shuffle is a scenic 12.5-mile trail running event taking place along the stunning south coast path from Looe to Polruan. Scheduled for March 1, 2025, this event features a challenging route with hills and steps, offering participants breathtaking views of the coastline. Runners will have a five-hour cut-off time to complete the course, with one fully stocked checkpoint at Talland Bay.

All finishers will receive medals, and awards will be given to the top three participants. The event is part of the Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge, promoting an exciting and supportive running experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
