Course and services

The course is an undulating route through West Looe onto the coastal road to Talland, with a loop around the Killigarth and Porthallow area before returning to Talland and finishing at the Millpool Car Park next to race HQ. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs; dogs, pushchairs and walkers are not permitted. There are three water stations around miles 3, 6 and 9. Marshals cannot stop traffic, so runners must follow marshal instructions and take responsibility for their own safety on public roads. Use of portable devices with earphones, headphones or earbuds is not allowed and will result in disqualification and a recorded time being void. Registration is located downstairs in the Millpool Centre (postcode PL13 2AF). Pay and display parking is available at Millpool Car Park. Hot and cold food and drinks will be available from mobile vendors. Transfers or deferrals are permitted up to 27 February. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
