Event
The Looe 10 Miler takes place in Looe on Sunday 1 March 2026. The distance is 10 miles. The event is part of the Cornish Grand Prix series and raises money for the Cornwall Air Ambulance. Entries open on 1 October 2025 and close on 27 February 2026. Minimum age is 17 on the event date. Entry fees are listed separately for affiliated and unaffiliated runners, with specified increases from 1 January 2026. There is a 2 hour 45 minute time limit. Transfers and deferrals are permitted up to 27 February 2026.
Course and logistics
The route is described as undulating, running through West Looe and out on the coastal road to Talland, with a loop around the Killigarth and Porthallow area before returning to Talland and back to the finish at the Millpool Car Park. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs; dogs, pushchairs and walkers are not allowed. There will be three water stations around miles 3, 6 and 9. Runners must follow marshal instructions and are responsible for their own safety on public roads; marshals will not stop traffic. Registration is at the Millpool Centre on the morning of the race and pre-entries must collect race numbers then. Pay and display parking is available at the Millpool Car Park and refreshments will be available from mobile vendors.
