The route is an undulating road course through West Looe, onto the coastal road to Talland, then a loop around the Killigarth and Porthallow area before returning to Talland and back to the finish. The race starts and finishes in the Millpool Car Park next to race HQ. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs; no dogs, pushchairs or walkers are permitted. Water stations are provided around miles 3, 6 and 9.
