Course and event details

Both races use a single loop course in Rockefeller State Park Preserve. The route is described as rolling and hilly and includes views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. The course passes fields, stone walls, bridges, lakes, streams, forests, and grazing livestock.

The race is a benefit for Friends of Rockefeller State Park Preserve, Run Wild, Inc., and the NYNJ Trail Conference. Fifty percent of the registration fee may be used as a tax deduction. The last day for a full refund, minus registration platform fees, is 9/1/25. Refunds are available at any time for pregnancy or postpartum needs.
