Pleasant Creek Trail Run (2025)
The 11th annual Pleasant Creek Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Pleasant Creek Park in Palo, Iowa. The event is organized by the Eastern Iowa Trail Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The course will run counterclockwise in 2025. There are multiple race distances offered:
- 45K
- 30K
- 15K
Race details and logistics
Online registration closes the Friday before the race. Packet pickup and late registration are held the evening before at Soko Outfitters. Race-day packet and chip pickup take place at the Pleasant Creek Park start/finish area; there is no race-day registration. The participant packet includes directions, a detailed course description, information on aid stations and support, post-race activities and awards, and race rules. The 45K includes a cutoff to begin its final lap, and there is a final cutoff for all events later in the day. Awards will be made available to event and age-group winners once results are tabulated and verified. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
