Playtri Fort Worth Triathlon & Run Bike Run I
This event takes place on May 17, 2026 at Marine Creek Public Boat Ramp in Fort Worth, Texas. It includes multiple race formats held at the same venue: Olympic and Sprint triathlons, a Run Bike Run duathlon, relay divisions, collegiate races, and a virtual triathlon and duathlon option.
Distances for the main race formats:
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.3 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run
- Olympic Triathlon: 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike, 10K run
- Run Bike Run (Duathlon): 1 mile run, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run
Relay teams are composed of two or three participants. Each relay team shares one race number and one timing chip. Team members must check in individually at packet pickup and each team member must hold a USAT membership, whether annual or one-day. During relay exchanges, the timing chip is handed off at the bike when the bicycle is racked, and the bicycle must be placed on the rack for chip exchanges. Fees are listed per person.
The virtual race can be completed at any location using outdoor or indoor equipment. Virtual entrants receive a t-shirt and finisher medal that are mailed after the race week, with shipping limited to the United States.
