Playtri Fort Worth Triathlon & Run-Bike-Run I.
This event takes place on May 17, 2026 at Marine Creek Public Boat Ramp in Fort Worth, TX. It offers multiple multisport formats at the same venue and is organized under USAT sanction with a USAT certified race director.
Participants can choose from the following race formats and distances:
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.3 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
- Olympic Triathlon: 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike, 10K run.
- Run-Bike-Run duathlon: 1 mile run, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
The program also includes relay team options, SMW collegiate series races for both sprint and Olympic distances, and a Virtual Triathlon and Duathlon entry. A race bundle is available that pairs this spring event with an autumn counterpart.
Logistics noted by the organizer include walking distance VIP parking with a limited number of closest spots, packet pickup information provided by the organizer, and a requirement that participants provide their own bikes and gear. All bicycles must comply with USA Triathlon rules and helmets are required. Complimentary pre-race clinics and group training options are offered by the organizer.
