Plainview 5K Turkey Trot
Plainview Cross Country will host the 25th annual 5K Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at the Dekalb County Schools Coliseum in Rainsville, Alabama. The listed venue address is 1504 Main Street East, Rainsville, AL 35986.
The route begins and ends at the coliseum. Medals will be awarded to the top three overall female runners and the top three overall male runners. Medals will also be given to the top three finishers in each age division.
Age divisions are female and male 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up.
Registration opens September 10, 2026, and closes November 13, 2026. The listed registration fee is $25. Packet and T-shirt pick-up will be available the morning of the event beginning at 6:30 am. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
