PJ 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk thru Glittering Lights
This event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, presented by Coyote Springs Golf Club, combines a timed 5K and a 1 mile walk with a pajama theme. Participants walk, run, or push strollers through a drive-through light show that features more than five million LED lights. All participants receive a race bib, light snacks and beverages, and a finisher's medal at the finish line. Cookies and milk are provided at the finish line.
Awards will be presented for Best Overall Female and Best Overall Male. Local mascots will be available for photos. Participants who bring a new pair of children’s pajamas to donate are entered into a drawing to win two tickets to a 2027 NASCAR race. The event will include raffle prizes and a coupon for five dollars off Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Packet pickup takes place Friday, November 13 at Velocity Vegas in Town Square. The event is scheduled to be held rain or shine; all registrations are final with no refunds, and the organizer may offer an alternate experience if inclement weather affects the event.
