Event overview
The Pizza Party 5000 is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Mineola Nature Preserve in Mineola, Texas. Organizers present this as the second annual Race to End World Hunger event. Run Different will donate 100% of all profits and donations to The Hunger Project. Race details
- Kid's Dash - free; short 100–200 m sprint

Registration for the 5K and 1 Mile includes a participation t-shirt and a custom finisher medal; registrants were advised to register by 05/17 to guarantee t-shirt size. The 5K is eligible for age-group awards; age groups are awarded three deep across standard M/F divisions and multiple master categories. Overall and masters winners receive platinum medals. Awards will be distributed at the event and will not be shipped. A 5K course map is available. Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry as a thank-you.
