Race Information
The Pitstop Races take place at the Croft Circuit, located just outside of Darlington. This event offers participants the opportunity to run on a dedicated racing circuit, following a flat course designed for speed. Runners navigate the circuit by taking straight lines through corners to maintain their pace against other competitors.
Participants can choose from several distance options:
- 10 km consisting of one and a half laps of the circuit.
- 5 km distance.
- 2 km children's run for participants under the age of 13.
The event is hosted by Darlington Harriers and supported by Up & Running. The course consists of road and pavement surfaces. Registration is limited to a maximum of 1,000 entrants, with a minimum age requirement of 6 years old for participants.
All competitors who complete their respective distances receive a race medal. Prizes for winners are distributed via post following the conclusion of the event. The venue provides a closed environment away from public traffic for the duration of the races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
