Pint & Pork Scratchings 5

The Pint & Pork Scratchings 5 is the fifth edition of a charity trail run that raises money for The Brain Tumour Charity. The event is a 5 miles trail route that starts and finishes in Epperstone, Nottinghamshire, and uses local country trails.

The course is described as undulating and includes a short climb within the first mile. The June date is scheduled to take advantage of later sunset time to accommodate a larger field of runners. Entry numbers have been increased to a maximum of 375 participants.

Organisers have set an entry fee of £14.00. Entries open on Thursday 4 December 2025 and close on Friday 22 May 2026. At the time of listing there are 30 participants entered.

Results and points: the event counts towards the points tally in the Road League for eligible runners. Prizes include vouchers for first male and female finishers, course records for both sexes, a crate of beer for the club with the most entrants, and various running related prizes placed at selected finishing positions. The event returns to The Cross Keys pub and dogs are not permitted on the course this year. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
