Pine Woods 5K : event overview
The Pine Woods 5K is an annual community road race organized from Pine Woods Animal Hospital in Duxbury. The event offers a measured 5K distance and presents awards for overall and age-group finishes. Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female awards are given. First-place male and female awards are presented in these age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
Race operations include on-site bib pickup at Pine Woods Animal Hospital and designated race day parking at The Sun Tavern, 500 Congress St, which is approximately one third of a mile from the registration area.
