Pine Line Marathon, Medford WI
The Pine Line Marathon takes place on April 17, 2027 in Medford, Wisconsin, on the Pine Line Trail, a former railroad corridor. The trail surface is mostly crushed granite and the route is described as mostly flat.

Course format and logistics are specified for each distance. The marathon, relay and 5K are run as up and back courses. The half marathon and 10K are point to point and runners are bused to their starts. The half marathon start is north of Gunnar Road and the 10K start is by Alfalfa Avenue. All races finish near Centennial Parkway, south of Allman Street by the baseball fields at the northern end of the park.
Race support includes water stations and port-a-potties along the route, finisher medals for half and full marathoners and relay team members, medals for overall and age category winners, and professional timing. Relay teams are responsible for transporting their members to exchange points. Packet pick up is in the pavilion across from the baseball field. The event is no longer a Boston qualifier.
