Pikeman Triathlon – Wexford
The Wheelworx Pikeman Standard Distance Triathlon in Rosslare is scheduled for 13 September 2026 and forms part of National Series racing. The swim takes place in the sea and is supported by kayaks and boats. The bike stage runs on open roads with strict safety zones, and the run is a two-loop course.
The event operates under Triathlon Ireland rules with technical officials on site and emphasizes safety and fairness. Cut-off times measured from each swimmer's start are: swim 60 minutes, bike 2 hours 45 minutes, and run lap 2 at 3 hours 30 minutes.
Entries include an official Standard Distance race experience with professional chip timing, a bespoke swim cap, a unique finisher’s medal, and post-race refreshments. Bag drop is located in the registration tent. Parking is provided in a designated field about 1.3 km from the registration and transition area, a walk of roughly 15 minutes; participants are asked not to drive into Rosslare village to offload bikes and should avoid parking in the village centre.
