Pierewaai Summer Trail

The Pierewaai Summer Trail, taking place on June 20-21, 2025, in IJmuiden, offers a unique running experience along a scenic combination of beach and dune routes. Participants can choose from various distances, including ultra options of 70km and 100km, as well as shorter distances of 10km, 15km, 25km, and 50km. The event emphasizes self-navigation using GPS, with tracks provided prior to the race.

Finishers of the ultra distances will be recorded in the DUV database, allowing debutants to officially claim the title of "ultramarathon runner."
