Physio Fit Run 2026

The Physio Fit Run 2026 is the 34th annual edition of this event. It takes place at Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg, Canada. The start and finish area is at the Natures Playground Parking Lot.

The event offers several distances, including options for kids and courses suitable for walking or running. Participation supports the charity Prairie Strides Inc., which provides accessible horseback riding sessions for children aged 5 to 15.
