Physio Fit Run 2026
Physio Fit Run 2026 is the 34th annual event, scheduled for May 9, 2026, at Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The start and finish area is located at the Natures Playground parking lot.

- 1 km Kids Run
- 3 km Fun Run/Walk
- 5 km Fun Run/Walk
- 10 km Run/Walk
All registrations include a t shirt and a medal. The registration deadline is April 24, 2026. Registration fees vary by category and the event policy states there are no refunds. School group registration is available with a discounted rate for student school groups.
Event proceeds are donated to Prairie Strides Inc, an organization that provides accessible horseback riding sessions for children ages 5 to 15. Public event listings show about 449 participants and a fundraising total of CA$1,870.91 to date.
