Phoenix Striders Summer Series

The Phoenix Striders Summer Series is a trail running event held at the Essex Wildlife Trust's Langdon Discovery Nature Park, part of Langdon Hills. The 2025 series culminates in Round 5, a 5k race consisting of two laps around a 2.5k trail circuit featuring natural terrain such as tree roots, cobbles, mud, and brambles.
