About the race
The Phoenix Shamrock 10K / 5K is a community road event organized by StartLine Racing, taking place on March 20, 2027 at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, Arizona. This is the 11th annual running of the Shamrock event and it includes in-person and virtual options.

- 5K Run/Walk
- Virtual Run
All participants receive a custom event medal and a choice of a custom tech shirt; a no-shirt option is available for a reduced fee. Male and female age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each age group for the 10K and 5K distances for race day participants only. Pre- and post-race refreshments are provided in a runner brunch that includes granola bars, fruit, water, and sports drink options.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Road Runner Sports in Tempe and on race day at Kiwanis Park. Race day registration is accepted and payment options include cash and credit cards. The event welcomes leashed pets and also allows wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons. Roller blades, skateboards, skates, and motorized devices are not permitted on the courses. Courses and elevation maps are provided and may be changed if deemed unsafe. Virtual entries are limited to U.S. addresses and race items for virtual participants are mailed after the event date.
