Phoenix Running - Cambridgeshire Medal Run
Phoenix Running presents a lap-format timed event at Grafham Water on Sunday 01 February 2026. Participants choose laps of an out-and-back course around Grafham Water, with each lap measuring 5.3 km (3.28 miles). The minimum distance is one lap.
Runners may enter standard race distances by completing the appropriate number of laps. Available distance options include:

- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
The course uses tarmac cycle paths with a short section of gravel. Overall elevation change is minimal. Events operate a six hour maximum time limit. The event uses a flexible rock up and run format within a one hour start window so runners can begin within that window rather than at a fixed start time.
Entry fees are listed in the event information and places are strictly limited. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under in line with UK Athletics rules. All participants, whether attending or running virtually, receive a physical giveaway medal or memento. Entrants can select a medal from the organiser's available inventory of 2025 event medals.
