The Philly Shamrock Run is a St. Patrick's Day 5K held at the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia on March 13, 2027. The race uses a USATF certified course (PA25023NP) that starts and finishes on S. Broad Street and loops through Admiral Peary Way, League Island Boulevard, and Kitty Hawk Avenue. The route is mostly flat, on paved roads, with elevation ranging from 3 ft to 14 ft.

Entry includes a race bib with chip timing, an official race shirt, and a commemorative finisher medal. The finish area features a festival with live music, food, and a finish line beer garden for participants aged 21 and over; beer garden access is included with registration. Teams of three compete by combined time for the "Lucky Threesome" award.
