Phil and Bonnie Bounder 10k Forest Run 2026
The event is a 10k run based at Moreton Village Hall in Moreton (DT2 8RE). The course runs through Moreton Forest and adjoining woodland on a mixture of forest tracks and woodland paths.
Terrain includes sweeping wide tracks and rough, undulating sections. Runners will encounter trees in the middle of the course, exposed tree roots underfoot, two stiles to cross and a stream. If there has been rain, parts of the course may be muddy. The final kilometre is on a quiet country road.
The minimum age for entry is 16 years. Entry fees are £18 for unaffiliated runners and £16 for affiliated runners, inclusive. All finishers receive a medal.
The event is held in memory of two individuals and to raise money for Bonnie’s Last Wish for Suffering Donkeys and the Dorset charity Mosaic. It is licensed by the Trail Running Association and is run under UK Athletics rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
