About the race
The 16 for 16 memorial run is the sixth annual track event held at Pulaski County Middle School in Pulaski, Virginia, on 11/21/2026. The event is a 4 mile race run entirely on the school track, which equals 16 laps.
Organizers arranged agencies to set up aid stations around the track to provide replenishment and encouragement as participants complete laps. Registrations open on Oct 11, 2026 and close on Nov 7, 2026. The entry fee is $60 through Nov 7 and increases to $85 afterward. Registrations completed by Nov 7 include a commemorative 16 for 16 t-shirt and food provided by Bull & Bones. Medals are awarded to the top three men and top three women. Proceeds support the event’s legacy fund. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
