Perpetua Coast : Daybreak Racing (October 3-4, 2026)
Perpetua Coast is a trail running weekend in Yachats, Oregon, staged at The Adobe Resort (1555 Hwy 101 N, Yachats, OR 97498). The event uses trails in the Cape Perpetua National Scenic Area and nearby coastline. Course terrain includes rocky shoreline bluffs, sandy beaches, headland viewpoints and moss-draped old growth rainforest. The event acknowledges the traditional lands of the Alsea people. Nearest major airports are Eugene (EUG) and Portland (PDX). Driving times listed from Portland and Eugene are approximately 3 hours and 1.75 hours respectively.
Race distances and event details
- 50K - Saturday, lollipop-loop course.
- 20 Miler - Saturday, lollipop-loop course.
- Half Marathon - Sunday, point-to-point trail.
- 10K - Sunday, point-to-point trail.
Registration opens March 1. Listed entry fee ranges are: 50K $145–$170, 20 Miler $115–$140, Half Marathon $100–$125, 10K $75–$90. The registration fee covers a fully marked course, staging venue, parking, chip timing, live results, full service aid stations, medical support and communications, post race food and beverages, custom finisher awards and professional photography. Race shirts and hats are sold separately and are not included in entry fees. Parking is at The Adobe; there is no overnight camping at the resort. Friendly, leashed dogs are allowed in the event staging area. The event benefits local high school teams through a donation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
