Perissos Vineyard Haunted Wine Run 5k
Perissos Vineyard Haunted Wine Run is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held at Perissos Vineyard and Winery in Burnet, Texas on October 18, 2026. The course is a two-lap, cross-country style route on grass and dirt trails with some areas of uneven footing. Faster runners may lap walkers on the course, so walkers are asked to be courteous to passing runners.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a pour of wine for eligible participants. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. The event posts results online.
Top three finishers in each age category receive a custom age group award. Age groups are divided by decade: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over. Age group awards are available the day of the event; winners must start with the first wave to be eligible and should collect awards at the registration table.
The charity partner for the event is Nik’s Wish. Minors may participate with a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal, and bib but not a wine glass or a pour of wine. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site.
