The GRIT+TONIC.com Run takes place in Dubai at Mamzar Beach Park. This event is part of a larger sports festival weekend and features a course set within a 106-hectare park. Participants run along a 5-km internal traffic-free loop that passes by green landscapes, trees, and plants while being surrounded by water.
The venue offers various facilities for participants and visitors, including five different beaches, changing rooms, showers, and restrooms. The park is also equipped with swimming pools, a skate park, picnic areas, and solar-powered smart benches.
Registration is open to all social and advanced participants without specific qualification requirements. A race village is available on-site for number collection. The course is supported by music and multiple aid stations. Free parking is available for those traveling to the venue by car.

- 1 km
