Pebble Beach Zombie Run
The 12th annual Pebble Beach Zombie Run is set for October 24, 2026 at 4005 Sunridge Road, Pebble Beach, CA. The course runs along the Fire Defense Roads and begins and ends at the Pebble Beach Corporation Yard. The route will be clearly marked with mile markers and direction signs, and volunteers and medical personnel will patrol the course.
Distances offered:
- 10K Zombie Run 6.2 miles, labeled as an Extreme course
- 5K Zombie Crawl 3.1-mile course with steep hills
- 2K Survivor Stroll a gentle, stroller-friendly mile
Events run in separate waves by distance. An emergency preparedness fair will run alongside the race with public safety teams, first responders, volunteer groups, interactive displays, games, and demonstrations about preparedness and risk reduction. Post-race food is provided and the event will include Zombie Firefighters on site.
Registration is limited to 500 participants and all registration fees are non-refundable. Adult registration fee is $28.74 and children register free; every child runner must be accompanied by at least one registered adult. Organizers ask participants to dress as zombies, but costumes with excess gore or violent behavior will be removed. Participants receive a finisher dog tag, event t-shirt, a race bib with timing chip, prizes for fastest runners, and free food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
