PCOM Superhero 5K Fun Run/Walk 4 Life
The PCOM Superhero 5K and Fun Run/Walk is a patriotic fundraising event held in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The 2026 edition commemorates the sestercentennial of the United States with specific event themes focusing on American history and community heroes. Participants can choose between different race formats:

A unique feature of the course is the Honor Mile, which is a section lined with flags dedicated to local veterans and frontline workers. The event also includes a Historical Hero Zone where families can encounter police officers, firefighters, medical professionals, and soldiers.
The activities include a costume contest with specific categories such as the Founding Force Mashup for American Revolution themes and the Legacy Avenger for 20th-century icons. There is also a Patriotic Power-Up category for participants wearing stars and stripes. Awards are presented to the first, second, and third-place finishers across various age groups, ranging from 8 and under to 60 and over. Additionally, the 250 Challenge initiative encourages the collection of 250 essential items for the Pregnancy Center of Meadville on the day of the race.
