PCOM Georgia Blaze 5K - 2nd Annual
The event is a certified 5K qualifier held in Suwanee at Town Center Park. It supports the Clyde and Sandra Strickland Endowed Scholarship Fund and is presented by PCOM Georgia as part of its health education and community activities. The race distance is 3.1 Miles.
On-site features include a tour of a training Simbulance, blood pressure checks and wellness information from PCOM Georgia student clinicians, a pre-race warm-up led by Sathya Hot Yoga and Wellness, and a water station at the halfway point of the course. Dogs are welcome and water bowls will be provided. Healthy snacks and beverages will be available, with beverages donated by Coca-Cola. Winners are announced after the race.
Registration is open through September 10, 2026 at a listed fee of $30, with a price increase afterward. Packet pick-up is scheduled at PCOM Georgia, 625 Old Peachtree Rd NW, Suwanee, GA 30024 on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and packets can also be collected on race morning.
