Event Overview
The Parrot Head Run is a summer themed running event held at Margaritaville Cleveland. The course takes participants along the water and through the Flats East Bank. This event is inspired by Jimmy Buffett and features a festive atmosphere centered around the Lake Erie waterfront.
Race Options
Participants can choose between three different event formats:
- 5K: A timed race using MyLaps BibTag chip technology.
- 1 Mile: An untimed walk or run.
- Virtual Run: An option for participants to complete a 5K or 1 Mile distance at any location, including outdoors or on a treadmill.
Participant Information
The event includes an after-party following the completion of the races. All registered participants receive a custom shirt, a finisher medal, and a drink. Registration for children aged 12 and under is available at a reduced rate. Packet pick-up and race-day registration are available on-site.
Regulations and Charity
Proceeds from the event benefit Fostering Hope, a local organization that provides support and healing experiences for youth in foster care and residential treatment.
