Event Overview
The Parley Lake Wine Run 5k takes place in the rolling hills of Waconia, situated west of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. This event is hosted at the Parley Lake Winery and features a landscape where vineyards meet a unique artistic setting. Participants can choose to run or walk the course, which is professionally chip-timed.
The race follows a 5 km two-lap cross-country style route. The course begins and ends near the winery, providing a tour of the vineyard grounds. Due to the nature of the terrain, participants may encounter areas of uneven footing and several inclines along the path. Dogs are permitted at the event provided they remain on a leash, and strollers are allowed, though the uneven ground may make their use difficult.
