The Parley Lake Wine Run is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held on April 18, 2026 at Parley Lake Winery, 8280 Parley Lake Rd, Waconia, MN 55387. The event is professionally timed and scored by J3 Timing and results will be posted online. Free race photos are available for download.
Registration, swag and participation
Registration is open to ages 1 to 99. Registered participants receive a ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal (which also serves as a wine stopper), a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive the wine glass or a pour of wine. Packet pickup is available on race morning only.
Awards, course and options
Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each ten-year category: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & over. Awards are presented immediately after finishing; there is no separate ceremony and awards must be picked up at the registration table on the day of the event. The course starts and finishes at the winery; an official course map will be posted before the race. A virtual participation option is offered, with the choice to pick up a packet and run independently or have a packet shipped for an additional fee.
