Parklands TRAIL Running Festival

The Parklands TRAIL Running Festival takes place at Lizard Log, Abbotsbury, in Western Sydney Parklands. The event uses off-road bushland trails and soft grass with undulating terrain. All distances are chip timed by Multisport Australia and all races have a strict midday cutoff time.

Finishers receive a Premium Event Tee (RRP $70), a themed medal, a finisher’s certificate, post-race snacks, and sponsor giveaways. A prize-giving ceremony is held after the races. A race photographer will be on course and photos will be posted after the event.

The site is reachable by car only; large carparks are available on the east and west sides of Lizard Log via Horsley Drive. A grass overflow car park may be open depending on weather and could require 4WD access. Public transport does not serve the site on race morning.

Race bibs are printed three weeks before race day and posted two weeks before the event. To have a name on a bib the entry should be completed at least three weeks before race day. To have a bib posted the entry should be completed at least two weeks before race day.

There will be other pedestrians, cyclists, and dogs on the paths. Earphones are not recommended and participants should pay close attention to their surroundings.
