Life Style Sports Park West 5k & 10k
The event is a midweek evening road race at Park West Business Park and along the Grand Canal with start and finish on Hume Avenue. Two distances are offered:
- 5K
- 10K
The course is a clearly marked loop on wide business park roads; the 5K runs one lap and the 10K runs two laps with a signposted split for second-lap runners. The route is fully marshalled, has a smooth surface, and includes toilets and a water station at roughly 5 km; cups are provided at the water station.
Entries include chip timing, a finisher’s medal, finish-line refreshments, post-race photos, and a retail discount at Life Style Sports. A bag drop is provided in the race village (one small bag per runner; race number required for collection). Official event parking is available in the Park West overflow car park.
Event operation notes: there are two start waves (faster runners to the front), a strict 2-hour course cut-off, and the course is wheelchair accessible though there can be pinch points and crowding. Headphones are permitted but runners must remain aware of marshals and others. Refunds are not available; name changes can usually be accommodated before numbers are allocated.
