Life Style Sports Park West 5k & 10k
The event is a midweek evening running event at Park West Business Park and the Grand Canal on 21 July 2026. The course is a clearly marked loop that starts and finishes on Hume Avenue and follows wide business park roads with a smooth surface.
Distances:
- 5K - one lap of the loop
- 10K - two laps with a clearly signposted split point
The route is fully marshalled with signage for pacing and navigation. Chip timing is used and there is a two hour cut-off from race start. Finish line refreshments and a finisher’s medal are provided, and post-race photo opportunities are available. A DJ and a warm-up session are part of the race village atmosphere.
Logistics include official event parking in the Park West overflow car park with on-site signage, and a bag drop located inside the former Bel Cibo, The Plaza, Park West. The bag drop accepts one small bag only and requires the tear-off label from the race number for collection; unbagged items cannot be accepted.
Race numbers are posted to participants who registered at least three weeks before the event. Numbers must be collected at the race village by those who registered within three weeks, supplied an overseas address, or had an incomplete address.
