Life Style Sports Park West 5K & 10K
This event is a midweek evening running race on 21 July 2026 at Park West Business Park, with route links along the Grand Canal. The course is a clearly marked loop that starts and finishes on Hume Avenue.
The route uses wide business park roads with a smooth surface and marshals stationed throughout. The 5K is one lap and the 10K is two laps, with a signposted split point to guide second lap runners. The organisers provide chip timing and a two hour cut off from race start.
Event services include a DJ, a warm up session, finish line refreshments, a finisher medal and post race photo opportunities. Participants receive 15% off at Life Style Sports. The event also features the Volkswagen Financial Services Fittest Company Challenge for team entries.
Practical information: official event parking is available in the Park West overflow car park with on-site signage. Bag drop is located inside the former Bel Cibo at The Plaza and accepts one small bag only; use the tear off label from the race number and present the race number to collect items. Race numbers were posted to entrants who registered at least three weeks before the event; collection at the start village is required for later or overseas registrations and for incomplete addresses.
