About the race
The Life Style Sports Park West 5K & 10K is an evening road race set in Park West Business Park beside the Grand Canal in Dublin. The event offers two distances: 5 km (one lap) and 10 km (two laps), with a clearly marked, looped course that starts and finishes on Hume Avenue. The course is fully marshalled, has a smooth surface, and includes a signposted split point for second-lap runners.
Entries include chip timing, a finisher’s medal, finish-line refreshments, post-race photos, and a 15% discount at Life Style Sports. Support on the route includes marshals, a water station at roughly 5 km serving cups, and toilets at the start/finish area and along the route. Bag drop operates from 17:45 with one small bag per participant and race number required for collection. Official parking is available in the Park West overflow car park.
The race runs two waves to separate faster runners and joggers. There is a strict two-hour course cut-off. Headphones are permitted but participants must stay aware of marshals and other people on the route. The event offers the Volkswagen Financial Services Fittest Company Challenge with a trophy for the winning company. Refunds are not available; entry transfers are usually possible before numbers are allocated. All finishers receive a medal. Showers and changing facilities are not provided.
