Life Style Sports Park West 5K & 10K
The Life Style Sports Park West event on 21 July 2026 is a midweek evening road race held around Park West Business Park and the Grand Canal. The course is a clearly marked, looped route on wide business park roads with a smooth surface and marshals stationed throughout.
Distances:
- 5K - one lap of the looped course
- 10K - two laps with a clearly signposted split point
Start and finish are located on Hume Avenue, Park West Business Park. The event uses chip timing and has a 2 hour cut-off. Participants receive a finisher’s medal; finish-line refreshments and post-race photos are provided. A DJ and a warm-up session are part of the race village atmosphere. Participants also receive 15% off at Life Style Sports.
Logistics include official parking in the Park West overflow car park with on-site signage. A bag drop operates in Park West, accepts one small bag only, requires the tear-off label from the race number for collection, and will not accept unbagged items. Race numbers were posted to participants who registered at least three weeks before the event; later registrants and overseas entries are required to collect numbers at the start village.
