Panther Prowl 5K : McBee, South Carolina
The second annual Panther Prowl 5K takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The race starts and finishes behind McBee High School at 264 E. Pine Ave, McBee, SC 29101.
This event is a 5K road race and is part of the 2026 Pee Dee Grand Prix Race Series. All money raised is designated for the McBee High Cross Country Team to purchase new uniforms, shoes, pants, hoodies, and tents. Participants receive a 5K shirt while supplies last.
Awards are given for the top three males and top three females overall, plus top male and female in the following age groups: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. A course map is provided for the 5K route.
Packet pickup is available at the front office entrance of McBee High School under the awning on the Friday before the race, and additional pickup is available on the morning of the event behind the school.
