Panerathon 10K and 2 Mile
Panerathon is a community running and walking event in Downtown Youngstown held on August 23, 2026 at Covelli Centre, 229 E. Front St. It offers in person and virtual options and raises funds for breast care services.

The event includes both in person races and virtual entries. Registration fees listed by the organizer are: in person 10K $40, in person 2 Mile for ages 11 and up $30, in person 2 Mile for ages 10 and under free. Virtual 10K is $40 and virtual 2 Mile is $30. Registration opens April 3, 2026 and closes in late August 2026 for most entries.
There is a single pre race packet pick up opportunity on Thursday, August 20 at Covelli Centre from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Individuals may pick up their own packet during those hours with no appointment. Team captains had the option to pick up packets for their entire team; participants should confirm with their team captain if that applies.
Proceeds benefit the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center and the Joanie’s Promise Fund at the Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley. Over the last 15 years, Panerathon has raised more than $4.5 million for the Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley in support of the breast care center at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
