Palace City Kiwanis Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k
The Palace City Kiwanis Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k is a multi-distance running event held in Mitchell, South Dakota. The event take place at the Corn Palace on North Main Street. Participants can choose from three main race distances:

- 5k
The race serves as a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Mitchell. All proceeds are directed toward programs and experiences for children, including Girls on the Run, Big Friend Little Friend, the Story Walk at Patton Young Park, and the inclusive playground at Kiwanis Woodlot Park.
In addition to the main race events on Sunday, a Kids Fun Run is held on Saturday at the Corn Palace Plaza. Packet pickup is available on both Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning at the Corn Palace.
