Event Overview
The Pajarito Mountain Run is a high-altitude trail run held at Pajarito Mountain Ski Area near Los Alamos, New Mexico. The event aims to showcase trails and provide an opportunity to support local resorts.
Race Details
The course starts and finishes near the Pajarito Lodge. The route is slightly short of a 10K distance. The run involves a 3.25-mile ascent to the summit of Pajarito Mountain, reaching over 10,200 feet in elevation with 1,350 feet of total ascent. The descent uses the "Aspen For Trouble" singletrack trail. The course will be marked with yellow flagging and arrows. There are no cut-off times, so hikers are welcome.
