Paiute Meadows Trail Run
The Paiute Meadows Trail Run on May 8, 2027 in Susanville, California is organized by Lassen Land and Trails Trust. The event offers multiple trail distances that run almost entirely on single-track trails through pine forests and meadows, with climbs, water crossings and varied terrain. Courses include loops that share a 4.5 mile section and provide scenic views across different landscapes.

- 1-Mile Kids trail race
Relay teams divide the 50K into two legs; the first leg follows the 30K course and is 18.6 miles, and the second leg is approximately 13.1 miles. A free 1-mile kids race includes participants 12 and under and Lassen College Special Olympians.
Race packet pickup is held at the Susanville Historic Train Depot, with additional packet pickup available at Susanville Ranch Park on race morning. Late registration is offered at the depot packet pickup only; there is no race day registration at the park.
This is a cupless race. Aid stations are stocked with water, Hammer Nutrition Heed electrolyte drink, Hammer gels, fruit, potato chips, pickles, gummies, M&Ms, ginger ale and cola, and feminine hygiene products.
