Event overview
The Paiute Meadows Trail Run is the 30th annual trail running event held in Susanville, California. The event is organized with involvement from Lassen Land and Trails Trust. Courses run almost exclusively on single-track trails through pine forests, meadows and areas with varied terrain. The courses include climbs and water crossings and offer mapped routes and elevation profiles provided by the organizers. Registration opens on Friday, November 28, 2025. Race packet pickup is scheduled at the Susanville Historic Train Depot on Friday, May 8; late registration is available at that packet pickup only. Packet pickup will also be available at Susanville Ranch Park on race morning. There is no race day registration.

Aid stations are cupless and stocked with water, an electrolyte drink, energy gels, fruit, chips, pickles, fruit gummies, candy, ginger ale and cola. Feminine hygiene products are available at all aid stations. Aid stations are staffed by community volunteers.
