The Paiute Meadows Trail Run takes place in Susanville, California on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Distances offered include:

Course and aid stations
Most courses run almost exclusively on single-track trails through towering pines, meadows, and varied terrain. Course features include climbs and water crossings. Elevation profiles and maps are available through the event information.
This is a cupless race. Aid stations provide water, Hammer Nutrition Heed electrolyte drink, Hammer gels, bananas, oranges, watermelon, potato chips, pickles, fruit gummies, M&Ms, ginger ale, cola, and feminine hygiene products. Volunteers staff the aid stations. Hydrapak Speedcups are available for purchase at packet pickup.
Packet pickup and registration
Race packet pickup is hosted at the Susanville Historic Train Depot, 601 Richmond Road, on Friday, May 8; late registration is offered only at that packet pickup. Race morning packet pickup is at Susanville Ranch Park. There is no race day registration.
Organizer
