Pacifico Ultra
Pacifico Ultra is a springtime trail event in the Angeles National Forest near Palmdale, CA, held on May 29, 2027. The event offers two supported trail distances and runs on routes that include Pacifico Mountain Road and the Silver Moccasin Trail around Pacifico Mountain.
The courses mix technical singletrack, mountainside truck trails and paved sections. Runners start near 5,000 feet elevation and the majority of miles are between about 5,600 and 7,100 feet. Race-day temperatures may range from the mid 50s to the mid 80s. The 50k route is 31.8 miles with about 5,317 feet of vertical gain and features nine aid stations. The half-marathon covers roughly 13.1 miles with about 2,293 feet of gain and three aid stations.
Event support includes professional medical services, multiple aid stations, free course photography, finish-line food including tacos with a vegan option, hot and iced coffee, sports massage, same day results, and locally made finisher medals. The event is cupless. The 50k includes a course record bonus and Sterling Silver Ticket status for the Angeles Crest 100 with ticket recipients required to pay entry fees and complete trail work.
