Nutty Cutters 5k : event overview

The Nutty Cutters 5k is a community road race held in Palmdale, California on March 7, 2026. The course is set at Marie Kerr Park and is laid out as two laps around the park. On each lap there are two points where a runner may be randomly directed onto a shortcut and two points where a runner may be randomly directed onto a longer route, creating variable total distance for many participants.

Participants can choose a "NO CUTTING" option; those who select this option will not be directed onto any shortcuts or long cuts and will run exactly 5 kilometers. Prizes for the event are awarded by random selection rather than by finishing order. A $100 grand prize will be given to a randomly selected race finisher. Additional prizes will also be awarded by random selection.

All participants receive a free shirt while supplies last, with shirt sizes selected during registration. The event takes place at the address 2723-A W Rancho Vista Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93551.
