About the race

Paavo Nurmi Marathon is a two-day running event held in Turku on 20 and 21 August 2027. The event is organized by Turun Urheiluliitto ry and in 2027 is staged for the 36th time. The event carries the name of Paavo Nurmi, a nine-time Olympic winner, and includes separate race days on Friday and Saturday.
