Event Overview
The Ozark Valley Triathlon is a two-day multisport event taking place in Fayetteville, Arkansas on June 13-14, 2026. It features separate off-road events on Saturday and road events on Sunday.
Off-Road Events (Saturday)
The Saturday program includes gravel and mountain bike triathlons and duathlons. The specific off-road events and their distances are:
- Gravel Triathlon: 400-yard swim, 12-mile bike, 3-mile run
- Gravel Duathlon: 2-mile run, 12-mile bike, 3-mile run
- Mountain Bike Triathlon: 400-yard swim, 8-mile bike, 3-mile run
- Mountain Bike Duathlon: 2-mile run, 8-mile bike, 3-mile run
Road Events (Sunday)
Sunday hosts the road triathlon events at the Lake Wedington Recreation Area, located 13 miles west of Fayetteville. This day includes the 2026 USA Triathlon Arkansas State Championships for the International and Sprint distances, as well as the Arkansas High School State Championship for the Sprint distance. A combined Club Championship competition is also part of the Sunday program.
The road events offered are:
- Sprint Triathlon: 400-yard swim, 13-mile bike, 2-mile run
- International Triathlon: 1,000-yard swim, 19-mile bike, 4-mile run
- International Aquabike: 1,000-yard swim, 19-mile bike
- Sprint Duathlon: 2-mile run, 13-mile bike, 2-mile run
- International Team Triathlon
