Owego Strawberry Festival - Rock & Run 5K 2026
The Owego Strawberry Festival Rock and Run 5K is part of the 44th Owego Strawberry Festival and takes place at Hickories Park in Owego on June 18, 2026. The event includes a timed 5K run and a separate kids fun run for younger participants.

Race logistics note that bib pickup opens before the races and that kid's run registration is at the bandstand area. Children entering the kid's fun run must register and have a parent sign for them. Kid fun run racers receive a numbered bib and a medal. All 5K participants who register receive the annual 2026 Strawberry Festival run medal.
Organizers advise drivers to enter Hickories Park slowly on race day because many people will be parking and gathering near the bandstand. Orange cones and volunteers will mark the race route and assist with safety.
T shirts are available at a discount for runners and walkers who register on Run Sign Up and will also be sold at event pricing. Music and festivities continue at the Hickories bandstand with live music, vendors, ice cream and food trucks into the evening.
