Event
OUTLAST Little Rock takes place on April 18, 2026, at Burns Park Equestrian Trail, 4700 Joe K. Poch Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72118. The event is a timed, six-hour trail endurance challenge composed of repeated 5K laps. Registration follows published price tiers that increase closer to the event date.
Format and course
Runners complete a 5K loop every hour for up to six rounds. Each lap must be finished within the hour to continue; participants who finish early wait until the next round, and anyone who misses a lap is removed from the event. Courses are trail-based and include natural terrain, elevation changes, dirt, rocks, roots, and sometimes pavement or gravel. Aid at the basecamp/loop start will include water, basic hydration, and snacks. The event is cupless, so runners should bring their own bottle or hydration system. Participants may walk as long as they finish each 5K within the hour. Tent or personal aid-station setups are allowed.
Awards and prizes
Finishers earn incremental recognition: 4 laps = Bronze leather patch, 5 laps = Silver leather patch, 6 laps = a wooden OUTLAST medal. All participants receive an OUTLAST T‑shirt and sticker. Top male and female local finishers by combined 5K time receive the 1st Place OUTLAST award. Finishers are placed on a national leaderboard; the fastest across all OUTLAST 6-hour events is named National Champion with a $1,000 prize. Local 6-hour city champions earn spots in the Outlast Championship; additional prize and qualification details are published by the organizer.
