Our Hospital Walk/Run
Our Hospital Walk/Run is a community fundraising event supporting North Bay Regional Health Centre. This is the 20th annual edition, scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, and proceeds support the hospital's top medical equipment priorities.
Participants can select one of the following distances:
- Family Mile a lap around the hospital
- 5 km
- 10 km
The event features medals and awards. All participants receive a finishing medal and placement medals are given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the men, women and non-binary categories for each race. Team and spirit awards are listed among prize categories. Fundraising incentives include an Air Canada Foundation draw for return airfare for two for every $25 in donations and a $25 gift card for each $150 raised.
Race routes are available for hospital participants. A chili lunch is provided during the event. Youth 12 and under may register free. Dogs are not permitted at the Walk/Run.
