The event features activities such as face painting and inflatables, creating a family-friendly environment for participants and spectators. The races are open to runners, walkers, and rollers of various skill levels.
The event offers the following distances:
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 1 km Kids Run (ages 5-12)
- 100 m Tot Trot (ages 6 and under)
Registered participants receive professional chip timing, a personalized race bib, and free downloadable race photos. Post-race snacks and beverages are provided at the finish area. While finishers typically receive a medal, participants can opt for a "Green Bib" where the medal cost is instead donated to the event's charity partner, The Royal. This organization focuses on mental health research and treatments for disorders, trauma, and substance use. Monetary prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in the 5 km and 10 km events for women, men, and non-binary categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
