OROC OutRun Ovarian Cancer is a community running event held at Mall C (Strawbridge Plaza), 601 Lakeside E Ave, Cleveland, Ohio. The event includes in-person and virtual options and supports ovarian cancer awareness, research, and education through the nonprofit OutRun Ovarian Cancer.

Registration opens June 13, 2026. In-person registration closes July 31, 2026, with a standard fee of $30 through that date and a higher rate on the morning of the event. Virtual registration is available through July 13, 2026, with its own fee. Packet mailing is available for an additional $10 if requested by July 13; virtual participant packets are mailed before the in-person event.
Event features include a celebration rally, a survivors' tribute, group and team photos, and an awards ceremony. The 5K uses MYLAPS BibTag chip timing; the 1 Mile is untimed. Awards are given to top overall male and female finishers and to the top two male and female finishers in multiple age groups; recipients must be present to receive awards.
All pre-registered participants receive a custom race t-shirt. Post-race food and water are provided. Dogs are allowed but should be kept on a short leash and lined up near the back. Several nearby parking options are available including North Point Garage and Huntington Park Garage.
