Operation Delta Dog Run to Rescue 5K
Operation Delta Dog Run to Rescue is a 5K event held in Mine Falls Park in Nashua, New Hampshire on September 20, 2026. The run supports Operation Delta Dog, an organization that rescues and trains dogs to be service animals for veterans at no cost to veterans. One hundred percent of event proceeds are allocated to Operation Delta Dog.
The event offers three registration categories with different fees and deadlines: general 5K pre-registration is $40 if completed on or before August 31, with a price increase to $45 beginning September 1; a Veteran category is offered at $25; and Youth registration for ages 15 and under is $30. Registration opens April 29 and some categories close September 19. Early packet pickup and same-day registration are available.
All race categories allow one dog per runner. Registrants who bring a dog receive a finish line goodie bag for the dog. Dog-related awards include Fastest Team human and dog and Best Matching Outfits human and dog.
Team entries must include at least three people and at least one female to be eligible for team prizes. The first 200 registrants by August 16 receive a commemorative event t-shirt.
